- To edit a career site, click the edit button
next to the appropriate site.
- To delete a career site, click the X next to the appropriate site.

Creating a Career Site
On the Careers Sites Setting page, take one of the following actions:
- To start a career site from scratch, click the +Careers Site button at the bottom of the page.
- To start from an existing career site, locate the appropriate site in the list and click the copy button
.
Choose a Template
Two types of career site layouts are available; Simple and Bold.
- The Simple site has a minimalist, clean design and gets straight to the point.
- The Bold site makes an impact with the ability to add vibrant color and optional features like photo galleries, perks, testimonials and more. This is the most popular template.
Both templates are mobile optimized, so they're ready to go on any device.
Configure the Site
There are several configuration options that allow you to manage the appearance and functionality of the career site.
Change the Appearance with a Logo and a Hero Image
- Upload your logo. The logo will be displayed on a white background, so you should choose a logo with color for contrast. When you upload your logo, a color palette is automatically generated that is complementary to your brand colors. You can customize the colors further if necessary.
- Adding your own Hero Picture allows you to keep your own branding and image. Upload a picture, then adjust it to fit the color overlay size.

Customize Social Sharing
There are default settings that showcase your openings when you share them via social media, but you do have the ability to customize these. Use the Social Sharing screen to change the text and images used when you share PeopleFluent Recruiting links online.

Add Messaging
If you are using the Bold template, candidates are going to see a large section near the top of your site called the Hero. While we give you some default language, you can customize it with something that suits your employer brand.

Add Perks
Share some perks that are unique, fun, or valuable parts of working with your company.
- Do you offer great healthcare?
- Have a ping pong table?
- Offer flexible work hours?
Up to six perks are displayed at a time. If you add more, we will randomize the six that are displayed each time the page loads.
Add Testimonials
Do your employees have great things to say about working with you? Share them! Only three testimonials are displayed at a time. If you add more, we will randomize the three that are displayed each time the page loads.
Load Photos
Photo galleries are ideal for showing off your team. They give your candidates a behind-the-scenes look at what it's like to work with your company.
The gallery layout changes based on the number of photos that you upload. You will need to add at least three —the ideal number is eight.
Additional Languages
Career sites default to English, but PeopleFluent Recruiting supports multiple languages. We detect the language set by the candidate's web browser and automatically choose from our supported languages.
You can also specify a language for your career site:
- In Careers Site Settings, click Messaging in the left sidebar.
- Scroll to Language and select a language from the drop-down field.
Adding Custom CSS and Javascript
If you need to further customize your career site (add personalization or include a third-party analytics tracking code, for example) you can add custom CSS and Javascript.
In Careers Site Settings, click Custom CSS/JS in the left sidebar and add what you need.
Embed Jobs on Your Website
You can use the jobs widget to host positions on your own website instead of our hosted career site and have full control over the look and feel of your job postings. To use the PeopleFluent Recruiting jobs widget on your website:
- Click the gear ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
- Hover over Recruiting Preferences and click Integrations.
- Scroll to Embedding Jobs.
- Locate Company Website and click Settings.
