System-Wide Tag Set Up

Tags can be created on the fly in candidate profiles. However, administrators have the ability to create and manage system-wide tags that can be used in all candidate profiles. 

To add or edit tags in the Tag Manager:

  1. Click the gear ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
  2. Hover over Recruiting Preferences 
  3. Click Tag Manager.
  4. Type the name of the tag you are looking for, or would like to create.
  5. Click Create new tag to create a new tag.
  6. Click Delete to delete an existing tag.
  7. Click Save Changes.
When you delete a tag in the Tag Manager, it's deleted across the entire PeopleFluent Recruiting account and removed from candidate profiles. If you just want to remove a tag from one candidate, you can do that from their candidate profile.
