GDPR Candidate's Right to Access
GDPR introduces data portability-the right for a data subject to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have previously provided in a 'commonly use and machine readable format' and have the right to transmit that data to another controller. Essentially this means, candidates should be able to request a copy of the data you have collected (or they have provided) about them.
Responding to Data Requests
Follow these steps to provide the data to a candidate:
- On the candidates dashboard, click the check box for the appropriate candidate.
- From the More menu, select GDPR Data Request.

- Click Yes to confirm. PeopleFluent Recruiting will automatically bundle up the application, completed questionnaires and any documents explicitly shared and email it to the candidate.
