Sharing and Moving Candidates

You can move and share candidates to solicit feedback from teammates or to have the candidates considered for other positions.

Sharing a Candidate from the Candidate Profile

To send a candidate’s information to someone outside your hiring team, or even outside your company, you can create a link to share their resume and contact information.

To share a candidate:

  1. Open the candidate’s profile.
  2. Click the more button  near the top-right corner of the window.
  3. Click Share Candidate.
  4. Choose whether to include access to the candidate’s scorecard, team discussion, or questionnaires.
  5. Click Generate Link.

You can send the link to anyone via email, text, or other message. When they click the link, they will be asked to validate their email address. Once they do, they’ll be able to see a summary of the candidate’s information, along with any other information to which you included access.

The Share Candidate link doesn’t provide access to PeopleFluent Recruiting. Unless they’re already on your PeopleFluent Recruiting account, link recipients won’t have access to any other position or candidate details.

Printing a Candidate's Profile

A hard copy of the profile comes in handy for in-person interviews. You can easily print a simplified version of your candidate’s resume with their contact information.

To print a candidate’s profile:

  1. Open the candidate’s profile.
  2. Click the More button  near the top-right corner of the window.
  3. Click Print.
  4. Follow the prompts to print.

Copying a Candidate to Another Position

  1. Open the candidate’s profile.
  2. Click the More button  near the top-right corner of the window.

Switching between Multiple Profiles

If a candidate has profiles associated with different positions, each position will appear on the Other Places drop-down field in the details section of their profile. Click the drop-down field to switch between profiles.

Hiring managers and company members can only switch to profiles that are associated with positions to which they have access.

To toggle between a candidate’s profiles:

  1. Open the candidate’s profile.
  2. Click the Other Places drop-down field on the right-hand side of the window.

The view will change to the profile associated with the position you chose.
