EEOC / OFCCP Report
If your company is required to comply with EEOC/OFCCP regulations, you can use PeopleFluent Recruiting's simple, automatic collection of EEOC/OFCCP data reporting. Use these reports to understand and export the survey responses.
PeopleFluent Recruiting lets you export candidate EEOC and/or OFCCP information to a .CSV file, from all positions or on a per position basis.
Admin permissions are required to view the EEOC report in the sidebar. Hiring managers who are not admins can access reports for positions they are assigned to in the Reporting screen.
Select the position you would like to export details from drop-down field on the left, select your time range, and click Export Data Per Candidate CSV to get a .csv export of your EEOC / OFCCP data.
Choose the All My Positions options to export data on every position.
