Hiring Teams Roles and Permissions

In PeopleFluent Recruiting, each job posting has a unique hiring team associated with the position. These are the users who will be involved in the hiring process for this position in one way or another—whether it's at the interview stages, all the way through, or just to make the final offer.  See Creating and Configuring a New Position for additional information about assigning hiring teams to a position.

Hiring Team Roles

Hiring Managers can manage candidates and their information. Specifically, they can:

  • Add new candidates
  • Move candidates between stages
  • Communicate with candidates
  • Schedule candidates for interviews

Hiring Members are the people on your team that you would like feedback from. Hiring Members can:

  • Add notes
  • Share their feedback via scorecards
  • Contribute to team discussions
Company admins can create custom roles with different sets of permissions. The permissions associated with a custom role may override what is described here. Please contact your administrator if you have questions about custom roles in use for your organization.
