Questionnaires Report

In PeopleFluent Recruiting, you will usually use to pre-box applicants – that can happen right inside your application, or you can fire them off at any stage in your pipeline. These reports will tell you more about the candidates filling out the questionnaires, and their integration into the rest of your pipeline.

These recruiting metrics are also available at the position level-access them in the Reporting screen on each position.

Questionnaires

First up is a high-level report that answers the question, "How do my questionnaire responses track against my questionnaire sends over time?" Ideally, these would equal each other out, so use this report to see when you might have had a hiccup in the process, then track it down.

Members by Questionnaires Sent

Which team members are sending out most of your questionnaire? This report will tell you.

Candidates by Responses Received

If you are sending multiple questionnaires out to candidates as part of your recruiting process, you can use this report to see which candidates are staying on top of the game, and getting you the information you need in a flash.

Questionnaire Answer Export

Export the questionnaire answers given by each candidate into a .csv format, so you can easily manage and manipulate the data available in those answers via spreadsheet.
